ABOUT THE MAKER
The Pickle House was born from a love of cornichons. Founder Florence first tried pickle juice on a trip to New York in 2014 and came home to Hackney with pickles firmly on the brain. From there she started experimenting with her own umami-filled juices. The brand now makes every bottle of their Original Pickle Juice and Spiced Tomato Mix on the family farm in Suffolk using as locally sourced products as possible.
