Serena Appleby

Serena Appleby is a Bristol-based TV chef and owner of Kring Kringz pop-up. Born of Filipino heritage, her cooking fuses Northern comfort food from her hometown of Accrington with hints of Chinese, South-East Asian and Caribbean influence.
