When Caribbeans season food we use a range of different spices to make dishes taste amazing.
At Myristica supperclubs I would use my Michelin restaurant background to create Modern Caribbean tasting menus. During lockdown I couldn’t do my supper clubs, but I still wanted people to enjoy Caribbean flavours. It’s often just intuition as to how much of each spice we use in our cooking, so I thought it would be handy to have all of the spices you need, blended perfectly, in one tin. And that’s how our spice range began!
