Sky and Kai met in 1999, in London's Borough Market. It was an era of re-appreciation for English food and produce. An exciting time that we wanted to be part of. From our homes where preserves were always made, we started producing from our kitchen and selling at Farmers' markets.
From the very beginning at England Preserves, it felt natural to buy fruit from those around us. This was helped and strengthened through the participation we shared with other producers and farms at the start of the farmers' market movement in the UK.
We still maintain relationships with farms from those early days.
We use 60% fruit and less sugar in every jar. Big flavour, and better for your health!
