Artisan jam company England Preserves is based in London and uses seasonal, local produce. This jar of low-sugar jam celebrates the tart character of blackcurrants. It has a delicious, sweet, sour flavour. It is delicious with rich buttery croissants or cheese.
ABOUT THE MAKER
England Preserves is a London-based artisan producer of seasonal jams, conserves, and preserves. Handmade in small batches; each jar contains 60% fruit allowing for a brighter and richer flavour. The brand was founded in 1999 by Sky and Kai who met at Borough Market and started producing their homemade preserves and selling them at farmers markets.
