His six hectares of vineyards, home to classic Emilian varieties like Lambrusco and Trebbiano, lie on alluvial soils near the Panaro River, where 30-year-old vines thrive. Nestled in San Damaso, his vineyard shares land with Alberto Grosoli's permaculture farm, rich with diverse crops and Bianca Modenese cows.
