Founded in 2013 by Marco Lanzotti, Angol d'Amig embodies natural winemaking in Modena, Italy. A blend of Trebbiano Modenese and Pignoletto, direct pressed and fermented in fibreglass and concrete before the second fermentation in bottle. A bianco frizzante that combines notes yellow melon, cardamom and salt, making it the perfect wine to pair with your favourite pasta dish. ABV: 12.5%
