This trio of small-batch sauces highlights their range – from earthy to tangy to fiery. Kaiso Beetz blends beetroot with tamarind for a deep, rich flavour that works especially well with red meat. Jeez-an-ages pairs apple and mango for a fruity tang that’s perfect as a marinade, dip or drizzle – great with seafood or veg. The Roast Tomato Hot Sauce turns up the heat with a mix of roasted tomato, scotch bonnet and Trinidad scorpion – savoury-sweet with serious punch. Spoon over eggs, stir through stews or add to a sandwich.

Callaloo Corner came to life from the desire to recreate and share authentic Caribbean flavours. It was founded by Christine Lee Wing who creates pepper sauce blends to infuse dishes with real Trinidadian heat.
