The Bitter Club’s bitters are more of a "cocktail modifier" than classic cocktail bitters. These Grapefruit & Elderberry Bitters add a rich fruitiness to drinks without any added sugar, so they're a really simple way to elevate both mixed drinks and cocktails. The flavour is fruity, rich and tangy: sharp from grapefruit with a deep, sweet elderberry afternote.
Try replacing Grapefruit Soda with these bitters in a Paloma, or simply add a splash to a Gin and Tonic or any gin- or tequila-based cocktails. Or, for a lower-ABV option, simply serve 10ml bitters with tonic water and ice. The perfect gift for a cocktail lover.
