Table Chocolate’s Madagascar 84% Dark is a rich, single-origin bar made with Madagascan cocoa beans, crafted in micro batches to bring out their natural vibrancy. Deep and complex, it carries bright notes of red berries, softened by touches of raisin and a gentle hint of liquorice. Best savoured at room temperature (16–22°C) to let its full character unfold.
Table Chocolate is a micro-batch chocolate maker based in Liverpool, founded by Remy and Andrea after a pandemic detour from Buenos Aires. Inspired while working at Ropes & Twines, Remy began crafting his own chocolate, launching TABLE in 2021. Their mission is simple: to create chocolate that’s ethical, traceable and true to the flavour of quality cocoa.
