nibs etc. was first born as a blog by Chloë Stewart, writing about her love of food, thrifty approach to cooking, determination to squeeze every last ounce of value from something, and desire to inspire others to upcycle. Chloë's hope is that given that food waste is a human-made problem, there can be human-made solutions. This is what drives nibs etc. to work towards designing waste out of our systems, in creative and delicious ways.
