This activated granola is perfect to kick start your day. Most breakfast cereals are way too high in sugar and low in fiber, you can definitely have a good nutritional breakfast cereal without the added sugar! With this granola, the taste is definitely not compromised as there is a nice balance of maple syrup and dried fruits.

Perfect as a cereal, a snack on the go and lovely with Greek yogurt and berries!

These nuts are soaked in water for 8-12 hours and slowly dehydrated and roasted to release the enzymes, making the nuts easier to digest and gentler on the stomach.
