Zazou Emporium Vanilla is a family-run business, supporting and working with over 7000 farmers to create a sustainable and collaborative community. This pure vanilla extract is made using hand-selected vanilla beans from Madagascar. It is made using a cold-extraction method that ensures all four hundred flavour components of the bean are preserved. Ideal for use throughout baking.
