ABOUT THE MAKER
Goat Rodeo Goods is a collaboration between Lucy Pattinson, a chef specialising in game, seasonal food, and open-fire cooking, and smallholder, writer and photographer Kat Goldin.
The brand was born out of working with local farmers to help reduce food waste and give life to surplus crops at their farm to table event space: Fodder + Farm. Lucy and Kat have created a range of pickles and seasonings with punchy flavours and spicy names. The whole range has been developed to make seasonal food more approachable, exciting, and a little bit entertaining.
