Vital Ojas grew out of a nutritional therapist and Ayurvedic counselor’s kitchen. Their small‑batch superfoods draw on traditional Ayurveda to restore balance and vitality in modern living, starting with ghee and kitchari and expanding to a range of nourishing staples.
