Dudu Master Chilli Oil is a labour of love from a Chinese mother-daughter chef duo, crafted to be the ultimate chilli oil for any dish. Gently slow-cooked, it results in a deeply fragrant oil packed with garlic, double shallots, chunky roasted peanuts, a naturally fermented umami base, and just the right amount of heat.

Dudu Eats is the brainchild of celebrated chef Romany Henry who was born in Hong Kong and raised in Phuket. She has garnered a dedicated following online for her rich and fragrant recipes and makes chilli oil in small batches with her mum.
