Sauce Shop make their small-batch sauces in Nottingham from ingredients found at home. This fiery chilli jam has been created in collaboration with chef James Cochran. It combines scotch bonnet peppers, red chillies, and tomato for full-on heat and flavour. Dollop alongside fried chicken or shrimp.

ABOUT THE MAKER

Sauce Shop started life in the kitchen of food lovers Pam and James who turned their passion into an obsession. All their sauces and seasonings are made from scratch in Nottingham using only real ingredients. They have over 30 flavours in their range offering something for everyone.
