The Yorkshire Pasta Company

The Yorkshire Pasta Company is an artisan pasta company working out of Malton, North Yorkshire. The small family business uses traditional methods to make pasta slowly and authentically. It was founded in 2019 by Kathryn Bumby who wanted to produce a premium Yorkshire pasta using locally sourced milled wheat flour.
