I'm Fern, the founder of Oozée, driven by a love of food and a passion for all things condiments.

I proudly create our chilli jams in the vibrant heart of Hackney, using ingredients sourced from Ridley Road Market for the freshest, locally inspired flavours. Our debut product, Oozée Chipotle Chili Jam is a fiery combo of smoky chipotle peppers and sweet tomatoes which levels up a cheeseboard, pizza and so much more.
