Mama Z was born out of Zos' love of cooking for friends and family, especially through the Filipino flavours that she herself loved growing up. Since 2018, she has been serving Filipino food at pop ups, markets, supper clubs and events, and in 2021, she opened Yes Lah in Manchester.
