We are Bermondsey based micro bakery specializing in sourdough crackers. We are passionate about flavour and its ability to transport us to the happy places of our past, present and future. Our inspiration comes from happy travel memories and our American roots.

Steph has been baking since she was 8 and sold her first award winning cake at a charity auction for $450 that year! Cooking for friends and family has been her happy place through all of life’s ups and downs.
