Fallow Goods

Hand-made, small batch preserves, pickles and condiments made in London using seasonal produce. Fallow Goods is Rosie (professional chef) + Jim (willing sous). We brought together our love of condiments and anything vinegary to make a series of pantry items and fresh pickles.

Making these things was a way to take time for ourselves together, outside of our jobs. And to eat more pickles. Take a minute, and eat something you love. Make time for you.
