They’ve always been obsessed with beige food. Go to any house party and you’ll find a table stuffed full of crisps, sausage rolls, chicken strips, crackers and pittas. But next to all this beautiful beige were dips that made beige food worse. Sad salsas, mass produced white gloop and luminescent orange stodge. Not only that, but most of them came in single-use plastic tubs and half of them went out of date after one use.
