"I have a book coming out this September called ‘The Condiment Book’, write a weekly newsletter on Substack, and am on socials like TikTok and IG. I studied history in University so I love discovering the truth behind each sip or bite."
Describe your food style?
"I would say my food style is adventurous and curious. When traveling to new places I crave trying dishes I’ve never heard of before or ingredients I haven’t tasted."
Your one piece of food advice?
"I used to always put a date at the bottom of my cinnamon tea for a sweet treat at the end of the cup."
