Wonderfully runny, this jar of single-source 100% British honey comes from the fields around Holt Hall Apiary in Staffordshire. It has a golden colour and individual taste due to the foraging nature of the bees. Add a teaspoon to warm water and drizzle over yoghurt and granola.
