The Honey Project was founded in 2019 with a mission to help rewild Britain by donating 100 wildflowers with every jar sold. This soft set honey is infused with ground cinnamon. It has a subtle flavour that blossoms over time. A lovely addition in baking or spread on waffles with berries.
