It's sweet, crisp, and full of tropical flavours. The recipe is designed by RIDDIM to transport you to the Caribbean kitchens they grew up in. The comforting flavours are reminiscent of warm, freshly baked Bajan sweet bread: a classic coconut, dried fruit and spice-laden loaf from Barbados.
  • Cocoa Tea & Nutmeg Caramel Popcorn: A deep and rich chocolate-flavoured popcorn, heady with notes of fragrant nutmeg and cinnamon, that pays homage to the Spice Isle, Grenada. It's a flavour-packed popcorn that is at once complex yet sweet and comforting. For RIDDIM, this is their version of a steaming cup of cocoa tea in the form of popcorn.

Born in Barbados, RIDDIM is a snack brand that's inspired by the vibrance and dynamism of the Caribbean. The story of the Caribbean is a rich one, filled with many beautiful chapters and RIDDIM is here to tell Caribbean stories and capture the essence of the region, in its simplest form: its flavours, its energy, its rhythms and its flows. RIDDIM is where big, bold flavour meets the warm welcome of island life, all in a simple snack bag. Its founder Jared is a Food Scientist, Product Developer and Bajan native. Drawing inspiration from his childhood, he aims to create products that are delicious, and authentic to the Caribbean’s story.
