A tomato-based, relish-style pickle. Traditionally, kasundi is a Bengali condiment made from fermenting mustard seeds, but this recipe adds tomato, cumin and turmeric.
Serve it on top of sweetcorn fitters, avo and halloumi to emulate Milk's iconic brunch dish, or simply serve with any rice dish, roasted veg, sandwiches, cheese platters or egg dishes too.
