Introducing Smokin' Bicep, a fiery and bold new hot sauce crafted by Bruce from Hoots Sauce, a small-batch sauce producer in Bruton, Somerset. Hoots Sauce is a labor of love, handcrafted by Bruce himself with a commitment to quality and fair trade.
Matt and Andy have worked closely with Bruce to perfect the unique flavour profile of this sauce, which perfectly balances Scotch Bonnet and Red Jalapeno peppers with beetroot cider vinegar, sunflower oil, apple, onion, garlic, caramel, and salt. Despite a typo on the label, Smokin' Bicep is vegan-friendly and packs a punch of flavour that will leave you craving more.
