Deep Trouble: Chipotle & Mango Hot Sauce

A deep, rich and fruity sauce, that's velvety smooth and slightly smoky.

It's a vinegar-free sauce: the chipotle, mango and garlic flavours are instead enhanced by the natural process of fermentation, allowing the ingredients' inherent flavour to shine, without being masked by acetic vinegar. The sauce is also free from thickeners, emulsifiers, and flavour enhancers.

It's small-batch and additive-free, using only natural ingredients and processes to create a flavour-packed hot sauce.

It's great straight out the bottle on barbecued, grilled or roasted dishes. It also makes a fine-flavoured mayonnaise or butter to pair with chips or barbecues, as well as providing a flavoursome foundation for marinades (especially for chicken).
