Three Families Cocktail Seasonings

Three Families is the product of a partnership between 3 Sri Lankan families, each with heritage and drinks expertise - Mr Lyan (a London-based drinks and hospitality company), Rockland Distilleries (Sri Lanka's oldest distillery) and Dilmah Tea (makers of Ceylon Tea). 

Three Families has been created to combine  traditional bitters methods with the vibrancy of fruit distillates and extracts, to create a drinks ingredient that enlivens any cocktail. The new ‘cocktail seasonings’ range allows the personalisation of drinks and evoking a sense of fun for individuals to experiment with. Bringing depth and complexity to all cocktails, and can be used in a gin & tonic, soda and ice, Old Fashioned or a Margarita. They can also be used in food for example on ice cream or guacamole. 

Inspired by the rich cultural and culinary history of Sri Lanka, an island where the nation is is connected with the rest of Asia through ancient trade routes, these blends are created from a unique  and diverse palate and array of ingredients, including coriander seeds, rambutan, lemongrass, and peppercorns.
