Using the ingredients in his curated recipe box, you will be able to make three dishes: Mediterranean Sea Bass, Weeknight Sea Bass Curry and Exotic Sea Bass Tartine.

NOVICE KITCHEN, TROPICAL HOT SAUCE: Novice Kitchen is the brainchild of Nigerian-born Niyi who wants to help empower others with his flavourful condiments. This hot sauce combines the ripe mango with spicy scotch bonnet chilli. The resulting taste offers a delicious kick. Drizzle over fried chicken and waffles.

WILD RICE, NAMPRIK: CRISPY SPICY SHALLOTS: This Namprik is a twist on a traditional condiment from northern Thailand: hot and crispy shallots and garlic. It's a super crunchy, salty, deeply savoury and umami topping, with a lick of fiery heat from Thai chillies.

NICE RICE, READY-TO-EAT WHITE BASMATI RICE: A pouch of heritage white Basmati rice, perfect to make a nourishing meal at home.
