A complex and moreish condiment that hits all the notes: a little smoky, earthy, spicy and sweet. Made using a blend of ancho, chipotle and red chillis, mixed with paprika, coffee and cumin, and sweetened with delicious raisins for a molasses-like depth, this ultra smooth condiment is packed full of smokey and deep flavours, and brings a medium level of fiery heat.
Use it as an epic marinade, for all things BBQ, or even to elevate the humble cheese toastie.
