Rovo Liqueurs is Chef, Thom Eagle's new venture that captures the flavours of the Kentish countryside, drawing inspiration from southern Italian traditions. This Nocino is a bittersweet liqueur from Italy that captures the fleeting midsummer moment when walnuts are soft and green. Its tannic walnut spice is balanced by caramel sweetness, with hints of bay, coffee, and bitter herbs, making it a great choice for fans of Fernet and Italian amaro. Typically served straight and ice cold - best kept in the freezer - it also works well as a substitute for amaro or coffee liqueur in cocktails, and surprisingly pairs nicely with Dr. Pepper!
