Spekulas spices, a warm and fragrant blend, typically include cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, ginger, and cassia. Cassia is cinnamon in Indonesia. These aromatic spices are traditionally used in Manadonese, North Sulawesi, Indonesian baking, adding depth and a rich, spiced flavor to cookies, cakes and also in savoury dishes or simply sprinkle on coffee, hot chocolate or black tea and milk.
