Try an assortment of flavours of nibs etc. crackers, all made with upcycled British apple pulp. High fibre, a source of protein and naturally plant based, these upcycled crackers are crunchy, sturdy and packed with seeds. You will receive: - Original Seeded Crackers: With a subtle hint of sweetness from the apple pulp, they are perfect on-the-road snacks, or as a blank canvas to pair with cheese, hummus, chilli jam and chutney. - Rosemary & Sea Salt Crackers: Well-seasoned with rosemary, they are perfect on their own, or for savoury breakfasts, picnics, and cheeseboards. - Everything But Bagel Crackers: Packed with flavour from onion, garlic and sesame seeds, these are delicious on their own, or are a delicious vessel for dips, picky bits, cheeseboards and grazing tables.
nibs etc. is a female-owned, London-based start-up and the UK's first upcycled snack brand eliminating food waste by transforming lost nutrients from food and drink manufacturing into delicious, award-winning snacks.
nibs etc. was first born as a blog by Chloë Stewart, writing about her love of food, thrifty approach to cooking, determination to squeeze every last ounce of value from something, and desire to inspire others to upcycle. Chloë's hope is that given that food waste is a human-made problem, there can be human-made solutions. This is what drives nibs etc. to work towards designing waste out of our systems, in creative and delicious ways.
