Miel Bakery’s Panettone is crafted over 72 hours, with each stage carefully timed to perfect the dough. The result is a soft, airy bread with a subtle blend of vanilla, citrus, and butter that fills the room with a warm, inviting aroma.
It’s best enjoyed at room temperature or lightly toasted. Savour it on its own, dip it in cold cream, or add a generous spread of chocolate for an extra touch of indulgence.

Miel Bakery is a cosy bakery and workshop space in Fitzrovia, London, founded by pastry chef Shaheen Peerbhai. With training from Le Cordon Bleu and Alain Ducasse, Shaheen created Miel to share her passion for baking, teach, and build a community. Miel’s mission is to inspire through quality pastries and hands-on workshops.
