ABOUT THE MAKER
Miel Bakery is a cosy bakery and workshop space in Fitzrovia, London, founded by pastry chef Shaheen Peerbhai. With training from Le Cordon Bleu and Alain Ducasse, Shaheen created Miel to share her passion for baking, teach, and build a community. Miel’s mission is to inspire through quality pastries and hands-on workshops.
