A refreshing apple-and-elderflower flavoured alcoholic session gin soda, produced in London from wonky apples that might have otherwise gone to waste.

At a lower ABV, this is an easy-sipping drink that's perfect for summer picnics or hosting. The addition of elderflower and premium gin creates a light, not-too-sweet, and gently sparkling drink.

Best served chilled, with a garnish of fresh mint if liked.
