Muri Drinks

Muri Drinks creates non-alcoholic sparkling and aperitivo drinks. The brand was founded by Murray Paterson in 2020, who worked as a distiller at the Empirical Spirits distillery in Denmark. They use culinary techniques and unusual ingredients to create their modern flavours; working with small-scale farmers and foraging for botanicals in nearby Danish forests.
