Shi-Tuan, a bold blend of flavours and cultures, began its journey in 2017 by uniting the celebrated Ghanaian 'shito' with the legendary Chinese Sichuan chilli oil. Based in London, this Afro-fusion venture crafts exquisite chilli oils that balance spiciness, sweetness, and rich, complex flavours. Their mission is to unite cultures through food, unlocking creativity and connection with every jar.
