Yaki Da sources premium ceremonial-grade matcha from Japan, and bottles it here in the UK. The brand was launched by Hywel and Ellie in 2023, after discovering matcha as an effective slow-release source of caffeine, to take the place of anxiety-inducing coffee. They found the process of making matcha too laborious though, so they created a ready-to-drink matcha so that everybody could enjoy the calming benefits of this delicious brew more easily at home.
