Curing Rebels are a creative team of chefs with a passion for high welfare, sustainable produce, and environmentally conscious packaging who produce delicious charcuterie and smoked salmon on the South East coast since 2020. The Curing Rebel team use age old preserving processes with a modern influence on flavour. All their products are fermented, cured and aged at their Brighton & Hove HQ.
