Curing Rebels are a creative team of chefs with a passion for high welfare, sustainable produce, and environmentally conscious packaging who produce delicious charcuterie and smoked salmon on the South East coast since 2020. This is their version of the Mallorcan spreadable chorizo made from high welfare, free Range pork, aromatically spiced with Spanish pimento. A creamy texture spreadable cure with fruity notes and very light spices. Similar to a classic Nduja but without the spicy heat. Best served at room temperature. Blend it in a hot pasta dish or spread on pizzas for a meaty kick.
