Cin Cin is an acclaimed modern Italian neighbourhood restaurant in Hove where fresh pasta is made by hand everyday. Founded by ex-lawyer David Toscano who swapped his suits for a vintage street food van to chase his restaurant dreams, Cin Cin came to life with the help of chef Jamie Halsall who uses seasonal British ingredients to create Italian dishes that are consistently delicious.
