Their housemade focaccia is blitzed and toasted in extra virgin olive oil with rosemary, salt & pepper to create a moreish garnish that adds great texture to any dish. From ravioli in a brown butter sauce or pappardelle coated in ragu, to a side of vegetables any way you like – baked, creamed, steamed or roasted – this crumb elevates them all.

ABOUT THE MAKER

Cin Cin is an acclaimed modern Italian neighbourhood restaurant in Hove where fresh pasta is made by hand everyday. Founded by ex-lawyer David Toscano who swapped his suits for a vintage street food van to chase his restaurant dreams, Cin Cin came to life with the help of chef Jamie Halsall who uses seasonal British ingredients to create Italian dishes that are consistently delicious. With awards from Michelin and the AA Guide, Cin Cin is ready to bring restaurant quality products to Delli customers.
