Their housemade focaccia is blitzed and toasted in extra virgin olive oil with rosemary, salt & pepper to create a moreish garnish that adds great texture to any dish. From ravioli in a brown butter sauce or pappardelle coated in ragu, to a side of vegetables any way you like – baked, creamed, steamed or roasted – this crumb elevates them all.
