Collection: Artistry On A Plate

Ella Bulley & Philippe Sonou present Artistry on a Plate, a curated immersive 

culinary experience for Black history month celebrating West African cuisine.  

 

Philippe Sonou, a renowned chef and Ella Bulley, a material designer and artist 

come together fusing design and cuisine to translate stories of tradition and vibrant 

flavours into a spatial experience. Taking the audience on a journey to discover the 

rich flavours of Benin and Ghana, it is an alternative approach to drive change by 

highlighting the potential of west African food as an inclusive and sustainable food 

system. 


The experience includes a serving of 5 courses, including vegan options.  A curated 

cocktail menu will be available on the evening, introducing the audience to African 

sprits and non-alcoholic beverage recipes.
