Our small-batch artisan pasta is carefully crafted in the Lake District by our husband and wife team.

So many of our customers find our pasta easier to digest. This is because there are no nasty ingredients, we use the incredible ancient spelt grain and all our pasta is crafted using slow, traditional methods.
