The Northern Pasta Co.’s husband and wife team Matt and Imy are a self-confessed pasta crafter and pasta eater. They aim to create delicious pasta that celebrates the best of British farmers and grains; working with farms that use regenerative farming practices to improve biodiversity and soil health. Products are made in small batches using traditional Italian methods and expert ingredients.
