Sun-dried, knife-cut noodles with a vegan, spicy, mushroom-based XO sauce.
These noodles are knife-cut, then sun-dried, unlike common instant noodles which are deep-fried. The XO sauce is mildly spicy, and uses hedgehog mushroom to bring umami flavour. It's free from preservatives too.
To make the noodles, simply boil and mix with the sauce. Your meal is ready in just 3 minutes!
