This Chilli Sauce is a Singaporean classic often served alongside Hainanese Chicken Rice. A punchy blend of chilli, ginger, garlic, vinegar and sugar, it has the perfect balance of heat, tang and umami that keeps you coming back for more. Use it as a dip for your dumplings, mix with soy sauce for a summer salad dressing. Of course, best served alongside poached chicken and jasmine rice!
